 Tips for the future.

After talkin with Fraction and Arjy about last night, it has come to my attention that we definitely need some organizing as far as this clan goes. From what I heard there was hardly any communication in the game, and a lot of stubborn people not doing what was needed to help out. Granted I chose to sit out this time, but next time there will be none of that. We need leadership when going into a game like that, and I'm willing to help out.

I have some ideas to help us in the future, so we can actually play together like a clan.

1. Sticking to your top three classes.
- Now I'm not talking about your most played, I'm talking about the three classes YOU feel that you play the best as. Personally for me I think I play well as a Pyro, Soldier, and Medic. If we keep it to three for each person then we can allow ourselves to adjust for whatever situation calls for. Whether it be a defensive setting, or a offensive setting, we have three choices to go through for any type of situation. Jared was calling for a one class limit during skirmishes, but that puts us at a disadvantage if somebody has to play a class they are no good at. At least with three classes we can swap around and keep things balanced.

2. Communication.
- Communication is ALWAYS key, for any type of multiplayer game I've ever played on communication was a make or break for a game. If nobody knows what you're trying to do, nobody can work with you to get that goal done. I've seen it many times before, people going off to be a one-man army. That's not going to work, you will die. Also, if somebody can see of something that you're doing wrong, don't argue with them about it. Chances are they're right, so take the critism and adjust accordingly. Certain classes aren't right for defense, so if somebody tells you to switch classes because you're not helping...then switch classes.

3. Use of this forum.- Seriously, we need to post here more. This way we can schedule things in advance, communicate with each other when we're not on Steam.

Yes I agree with you on all of that, limit to one class is bad news and we really need to talk to each other a lot more
